Henny Colada
Looking for a twist on the traditional pina colada? Then take a look at our henny colada. A perfectly balanced cocktail featuring Hennessy cognac.
It’s been a while since Kim and I shared a cocktail recipe. We were thinking about posting a blended piña colada. However, after thinking about it, we decided to make pina coladas with henny instead.
I’m glad we did because they turned out cold, refreshing, and delicious! So, we decided to share this recipe with you. For a mocktail version, simply remove the cognac and blend the ice, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut together.
How to make a Henny colada:
First, grab a blender and open the cream of coconut. Next, pour the ice, cream of coconut, Hennessy, and pineapple juice to a blender.
Next, using the blend setting on your blender, pulse the ingredients until they’re smooth and creamy.
Last, pour the Henny coladas into two 8-ounce cocktail glasses. Add garnishes if desired and serve the drinks while they’re cold.
That’s it, your Hennessy pina coladas are done! Kim and I hope you enjoy the drinks responsibly and wish you all the best 🙂
