- 8 ounces linguine
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

- 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
- 2 cups fresh spinach, optional

Instructions
- In a large pot or deep skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.2 tablespoons olive oil4 cloves garlic
