Crock Pot Corn Casserole

Creamy and delicious, this Crock Pot version of the traditional Southern recipe puts a tasty twist on a favorite holiday staple.

Ingredients

– sour cream – cream cheese – eggs – creamed corn – bacon – whole kernel corn – corn muffin mix – cheddar cheese – green chiles – unsalted butter  – salt & pepper

Step 1

Beat together cream cheese, sour cream & eggs.

Step 2

Add cream-style corn & stir to combine.

Step 3

Stir in the muffin mix, corn, butter, bacon, green chiles, salt & pepper.

Step 4

Pour batter in the crock pot. Cover with paper towels & the lid.

Step 5

Cook on high for 2-3 hours.
