Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Our Pineapple Upside Down Cake is perfect to make for the summer holidays or when you want a slice of cake with a tropical twist.

Ingredients

– unsalted butter – light brown        sugar – pineapple rings – cherries – flour – baking powder – kosher salt

Ingredients

– canola oil – sugar – eggs – pure vanilla        extract – pineapple juice – Greek yogurt

Step 1

Add butter & brown sugar to the pan. Arrange pineapple rings & cherries in the bottom.

Step 2

Combine the flour, baking powder & salt in a bowl.

Step 3

Mix together oil, sugar, eggs, juice & vanilla in a separate bowl.

Step 4

Combine dry &  wet ingredients. Mix in the yogurt. Pour into the pan.

Step 5

Bake 45-60 minutes.
