Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bread

This Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bread is the perfect fall treat!

Ingredients

Bread Batter: – sugar – pumpkin purée – canola oil – water – eggs – vanilla extract – all-purpose flour – pumpkin pie        spice – baking soda – baking powder – kosher salt

Ingredients

Swirl: – cream cheese – sugar – egg yolk – vanilla extract

Step 1

Combine the sugar, pumpkin puree, oil, water, eggs & vanilla.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, spice, baking soda, baking powder & salt.

Step 3

Mix the wet & dry ingredients together until just combined.

Step 4

Combine cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk & vanilla.

Step 5

Layer the pumpkin batter & cream cheese in a pan.

Step 6

Bake for about an hour. Allow to cool before serving.
