Rotel Dip

Our Rotel Dip Recipe with Ground Beef and Sausage is an absolute crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

– ground beef – ground sausage  – Velveeta  – Rotel

Step 1

Brown the beef & sausage until cooked through.

Step 2

Return drained meat to the pan.

Step 3

Add Velvetta & Rotel.

Step 4

Cook over low-medium heat until melted.

Step 5

Top with pico de gallo, cilantro, & green onions if desired.
