Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or wax paper (wax paper works better). Set aside.
Peel the bananas and cut them into 1/2 -inch thick circles. Place the pieces on a baking sheet and transfer to the freezer. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until completely frozen.

Cut the outer layer off the pineapple and core the center. Dice the pineapple into ½ inch chunks and place on a baking sheet. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until completely frozen.

After both the banana slices and pineapple chunks are frozen, remove them from the freezer and divide them into airtight zipper bags. Place ½ cup banana slices into each bag and ¾ cup of pineapple chunks into each bag. Press the air out of each bag and zip closed. Transfer the bags back to the freezer until they’re ready to be used.
When you’re ready to make a smoothie, place the contents of 1 bag into the blender. Add ½ cup of milk or liquid of choice. Blend until smooth and serve immediately.
