Instructions
Preheat the oven:
Set to 375°F (190°C), and lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
Mix the base:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth.
8 ounces cream cheese,
½ cup sour cream,
½ cup buffalo sauce,
½ cup ranch dressing
Add the chicken and cheese:
Stir in the shredded chicken,
¾ cup (85g)
of the cheddar cheese
, and all of the mozzarella cheese.
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken,
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Assemble in a baking dish:
Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish.
Top it off:
Sprinkle the
remaining cheddar cheese
evenly over the top.
Bake:
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling around the edges and the cheese on top is melted.
Serve:
Let it cool for a few minutes, then garnish with your desired toppings. Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, carrots, or crackers.
