Place all ingredients in a medium bowl or large measuring cup, and whisk to combine.
12 ounces beer, ¼ cup soy sauce, ¼ cup apple cider vinegar, ¼ cup light brown sugar, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Pour over the steak, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes up to 2 hours.
When you’re ready to cook the steak, heat a pan, grill, or griddle, and place the steak on the hot surface.
Discard the remaining marinade. Cook the steak to your liking, and enjoy!
Notes
Servings: The calories listed are an approximation based on the ingredients in the recipe card. The amount of marinade absorbed by the steak depends on how long it's in the fridge. We estimate about 1/2 cup for calorie purposes. Actual calories will vary.
Make Ahead: You can make the marinade up to 3-days in advance. Store it in a sealed container, in your fridge, until ready for use.
Type of Beer: We recommend using a pale ale, pilsner, or lager.
