On a large sheet pan or silicone baking mat, place flatbread. Spread ranch dressing over flatbread.
2 large flatbread, ½ cup ranch dressing
Then add the ham. Layer onions and peppers on top of ham. Generously sprinkle mozzarella cheese over vegetables and meat.
6 ounces ham, 1 ½ cup bell peppers, ¼ cup purple onion, 8 ounces mozzarella cheese
Place in preheated oven and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese has melted. Remove from oven and slice into 4 equal sized pieces and serve while hot.
