Heat a large skillet or pan with a lid over medium heat. Add the ground beef, and cook until no longer pink. Drain the excess grease, and return the beef to the pan.
1 pound ground beef
Add the tomato paste, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, elbow noodles, and broth. Stir to combine.
Cover the pan and cook for 7-10 minutes or until the noodles are al dente. Remove the lid, and add the milk, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir to combine, and continue cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.
½ cup milk, ½ cup sour cream, 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
