Add the chilled coffee, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla coffee syrup (if using), and a pinch of ground cinnamon to a drink shaker filled with ice. Shake well to combine.
Pour the shaken coffee mixture into a glass filled with coffee cubes or ice cubes.
Add the half and half or your preferred dairy to the glass.
