Preheat the oven to 350°F, and spray a mini meatloaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the ground sirloin, breadcrumbs, bell pepper, onion, egg, and seasoning. I used my hands to mix everything.
1 pound ground sirloin, ½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs, ¼ cup green bell pepper, 1 large egg, 1 ½ ounces meatloaf seasoning, ¼ cup white onion
Separate the mixture into four equal sized portions and shape each portion into an individual meatloaf. Put the meatloaves in the pan to cook.
Bake for 30 minutes, then remove them from the oven and bast them with ketchup. Return them to the oven to cook for an additional 10 to 15 minutes. Afterward, they should be done and are ready to serve with sides.
