Place the potatoes, onion soup mix, garlic herb seasoning, and oil in a large Ziploc bag. Seal, and shake to evenly coat the potatoes.
2 pounds baby red potatoes, 1 ounce onion soup mix, ¼ cup avocado oil, 1 teaspoon garlic herb seasoning
Pour the potatoes into a 9x13-inch baking dish, and bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Flip the potatoes halfway through. The potatoes are done when they’re golden brown on the outside and soft in the center.
