Heat the pancakes according to the package directions and arrange them on a wire rack or individual plates.
8 frozen pancakes
Place the ham slices into a skillet and heat until warmed through. While the ham warms up, cook the eggs.
4 ounces ham
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper, and whisk until foamy.
4 large eggs
Heat a pan over low-medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Pour some of the egg mixture, equal to one egg, into the warm pan. Once the egg finishes cooking, fold it in half to form a half circle then fold it in half again to form a triangle. Remove from the pan.
Place the warm ham slices onto the pancakes followed by the folded eggs. Add a slice of cheese on top of the eggs then add the top pancake.
4 slices American cheese
If desired, heat the pancake sliders in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds to melt the cheese. Enjoy!
