Preheat the oven to 225°F, and lightly spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl combine the rolled oats, pecans, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup. Stir well to make sure all the ingredients are well mixed.
4 cups old fashioned oats, ½ cup pecans, ½ cup sunflower seeds, ½ cup pepitas, ½ cup walnuts, ½ cup pure maple syrup, 2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
Transfer the granola mixture to the prepared baking sheet, and spread into an even layer.
Bake for 30 minutes, flipping every 10 minutes.
Remove the granola from the oven, and allow to cool. Stir in the cranberries and enjoy!
