drained and chopped

block-style cream cheese
cut into one inch squares

sour cream

Monterey jack cheese
cubed

Parmesan cheese
cubed

white onions
diced

garlic cloves

ground black pepper
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in the slow cooker and stir to mix.
10 ounces fresh spinach,
12 ounces artichoke hearts,
8 ounces block-style cream cheese,
8 ounces sour cream,
8 ounces Monterey jack cheese,
4 ounces Parmesan cheese,
½ cup white onions,
5 garlic cloves,
½ teaspoon salt,
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Cook on HIGH for 2 hours, stirring occasionally every 30-45 minutes.
Serve with bread, crackers, or any desired dipping food.
