Instructions
To Make the Hot Version
In a small saucepan, heat the milk and heavy cream over medium-low heat. Stir frequently to avoid scorching.
1 cup whole milk, ¼ cup heavy cream
Once the milk and heavy cream is hot (but not boiling), add the chocolate. Stir until the chocolate has melted.
2 ounces chopped white chocolate
Add your brewed coffee or espresso and stir to combine.
1 to 2 shots of espresso
Pour into your favorite mug, top with whipped cream, and garnish with white chocolate shavings if desired. Serve warm!
To Make the Iced Version
In a small saucepan, heat the milk and heavy cream over medium-low heat. Stir frequently to avoid scorching.

Let the mixture cool then stir in the espresso or cold brew.

Pour the drink into a glass filled with ice.
Ice cubes
Top with whipped cream and white chocolate shavings, and enjoy!
